Glaring flaws in Farah case verdict
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) verdict in the Farah Hameed Dogar case, handed down on Friday, is full of flaws, discrepancies, inconsistencies and inaccuracies. The verdict does not address a host of mind-boggling questions.

A careful reading of the 14-page decision shows, on page 7, that the judge - confusing re-checking with re-assessment - gives a misplaced ruling: “Bare reading shows that an embargo has been placed on re-assessment of any answer book until publication of the result of the board examination.”

Grounds:
(i) Breach of trusts and Exploitation are forbidden by the Constitution; See Article 1-8; 10-14, 18, 24-25, 40, 22, 232 and obstructs justice and subverts the Constitution

(ii) Not acknowledging or replying to letters is illegal per Section 24A General Clauses Act and the Constitution Art. 2A,3 (See p., 578, Vol. 6, Muarriffe Quran); it also has promoted bad governance and is most detrimental to the welfare and future and credibility of Pakistan;

Farah Dogar got two marks out of one!

The two samples of Miss Farah Hameed Dogar's answer sheets reveal another aspect of scandalous jacking up of her marks.

The answer sheets were made part of the Islamabad High Court's recent judgment to prove “irregularities” that were cited as the reason for the re-assessment of her papers. In one case pertaining to the paper of Physics II, despite her answer being incorrect, Miss Farah was given two marks while that part carried only one mark. In case of Urdu paper, despite making four mistakes in a two-line answer, she was given two marks out of three.
