From Czar Zardari to every minion of the govt. and the PPP expressed their indignation. But it is to the credit of CJ Iftikhar Ch. that he immediately constituted 8-Member Bench to investigate the bigotry of those devils who perpetrated the ruthless extortion on that innocent damsel. Every sane and thinking individual was stunned by the immoral, indecent, inhuman and totally insane acts of the few radicals whose infernal and impious interpretation of Sharia is irrational and insolent. Islam, least of all, and for that matter any religion never allows individuals to arrogate themselves with saintly powers to execute such horrendous punishment. Like many, I tend to suspect a deep rooted conspiracy of RAW and other spectrum of interested Agencies in the field, whose mission it is to drag Pakistan into the unwarranted and unrelated WoT, as also to slur and slam Islam - the fastest spreading religion in the world. Islam perceives the relationship between a father-in-law and his daughter-in-law as based on respect and regards that exist between any father and daughter. When Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) married Hazrat Zainab, his cousin sister who was divorced by Zaid, his adopted son, Allah in His Infinite Mercy differentiated between a real son and the adopted one. It stresses the fact that there is sanctity as well as sanctions involved in relations between a father and the wife of his own son. The libertine, libidinous, licentious and depraved West have instances of permissive rituals, where carnal excesses transcend sanctity of filial relations. In FATA where strict injunctions of Islam are practiced, it is well neigh impossible for a mere thought of immoral relations between father and daughter -in-laws. By this canon also the girl cannot be defaulted for going out in the protective company of her father-in-law. It would be in all fairness that a thorough and total investigation of the episode should determine the real motives of the crime and hand down deterrent punishment to the three or four men involved in this heinous crime to make them a symbol of retributive justice. 8	The Supreme Court of Pakistan taken an action on the victimization of a girl in Swat, Pakistan. Court will see, as it was an act according to Pakistan’s prevailing law, certainly not. 8	The Mullahs in Swat do not understand the Shariat system of law, as the so-called implementation of Islamic law is to terrify, suppress and oppress the population. A large majority in Pakistan observes and obeys the Laws of Allah; very small minority oversteps any boundaries of justice, compassion or mercy. Suicide bombings, kidnapping of people for ransom on the pretext of being spy, yet are willing to accept ransom as payment for an un-Islamic act. Flogging of anybody without a full just and informed trial is about as far from Islamic justice as you can go it enters the realms of ‘shirk’. When the rule of the Supreme Law of Allah is used to inflict suffering in order to impose one’s own will, this is not Islam, this is tyranny. Now the leaders of the un-Islamic groups such as Taliban, Al Queada, Lashkar-e-Tyaba are trying to enforce their own despotic regimes. 8	There is big difference between Swat girl case and Shahbaz restoration case. Shahbaz case was a political case, which was advised by the President and PPP advisor team to the Supreme Court for disqualification of Chief Minister of Punjab. The Govt. underestimated the long march agitation, when they come to realise their blunder mistake they restored the suspended Judges. Due to this reason the Govt. again put their recommendation and pressure for the restoration of Chief Minister of Punjab before the Supreme Court of Pak, otherwise their dream to rule was going to be over. This present Govt., which is the bunch of two rival political parties will not go long because still their is atmosphere of mistrust with both parties. Moreover this present Govt. has two faces, one for the world, specially to America, by allowing them drone attacks in Pak territory so that they can get funds from them and the other face with Taliban by making an agreement to impose Shariat in Swat according to their wishes and against the will of America. Due to this reason the poor 17 years old girl was victimised by Shariat. The one very important point is this, whether Supreme Court's jurisdiction is only for some province or for the whole Pak. This is quintessential Swati pashto. Nowhere in the rest of Pakistan or Afghanistan will someone say "Moong kho la chaara na da raawiste". I dare you tell me where will someone speak that slang!
